AI Automation & AI Agents

Automate the work nobody should have to do twice.

We find the repetitive work inside your business and hand it to software that can read, decide and act — with a human checkpoint wherever the stakes are high.

What "AI automation" actually means here

Not a chatbot bolted onto your homepage. We mean a process that runs end to end without a person driving it: an email arrives with an invoice attached, the system reads it, checks it against the purchase order, flags the one line that does not match, and routes it to the right approver. A person only looks at the exception.

  • A team member whose job is mostly copying between systems
  • Invoices, claims or applications reviewed by hand, one at a time
  • Customer questions answered by searching the same five documents
  • Backlogs that grow every time volume goes up

How an AI agent actually runs a task — and where a person still decides.

What we build

01

AI agents for real workflows

An agent that reads incoming documents or messages, decides what they are, pulls what it needs from your systems, and completes the task — escalating to a person when it is not confident.

02

Document understanding

Invoices, contracts, forms, delivery notes and medical records read and turned into structured fields, including the handwritten and badly-scanned ones.

03

Internal question answering

Staff ask a question in plain language and get an answer drawn from your own policies, SOPs and archives — with a citation, so they can check it.

04

Process automation

The unglamorous, high-value kind: reconciliation, data validation, report assembly, routing and follow-up chasing.

05

Human-in-the-loop review

Every automation ships with a review queue. You decide the confidence threshold at which a human must look. Nothing important happens silently.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Find the right task

We look for work that is high-volume, rule-shaped and currently manual. Then we measure how long it takes today, so there is a real number to improve on. Some tasks should not be automated — we will say so.

  2. 02

    Prove it on your data

A four-week pilot on a real sample of your documents. We publish the accuracy honestly, including where it fails. If the numbers do not justify the build, you have spent four weeks, not a year.

  3. 03

    Build with the escape hatch

Production build with a review queue, confidence thresholds, full audit logging, and a manual override on every step. The system explains why it made each decision.

  4. 04

    Watch and improve

We monitor accuracy in production. Corrections your reviewers make feed back in, so the system gets better at your specific documents over time.

What you actually receive

  • A pilot report with measured accuracy — including the failure cases
  • A review queue your team controls, with tunable confidence thresholds
  • Full audit log: every decision, its inputs, and its confidence score
  • Manual override on every automated step
  • Your data stays in your environment where the deployment requires it
  • Monthly accuracy reporting after go-live
